Authors
Please Read And Follow Our Submission Policies And Our Reprint Policies:
By
submitting
your article(s) to us, you
declare that you are the author and sole owner of each article and
fully own all copyrights pertaining to it.
Any author's
submission grants ArticlePowerplant.com unconditional permission to
publish your article on the website and it may also be distributed to
our RSS feeds, and to email alerts to members.
Any article may
be removed from our directory at any time, for any reason.
Any author's
submission grants unconditional permission for the author's articles to
be reprinted in other publications. All publishers are expected to
follow our reprint policies, however, all authors agree to accept any
cost and risk of enforcing our Terms Of Service.

reserves the right to display any author's article in the most suitable
topic category.
Whether any
author's work is published and the duration of publication are at the
sole discretion of ArticlePowerplant.com. Publication of any author's
work is not guaranteed. There are no guarantees that anyone will
reprint any author's work .

neither receives any payment from, nor remits any payment to, any

We want the
additional exposure authors receive, as a result of using
this directory, to be as beneficial to the authors as possible. Any
author's article may be edited so that it conforms to basic guidelines.
This usually only involves correction of any typographical errors

We will e-mail each author with suggested major corrections for permission to
publish such corrections before publication. This may result in
publication delays. Therefore, all authors should edit and correct
their own articles prior
to submission to avoid unnecessary editing, and publication delays,
after the submission process.
We reserve the
right to display advertisements on the same pages as any author's
articles.
No articles
containing direct affiliate links will be accepted. This includes, but
is not limited to, hoplinks, tinyurl links, or any cloaked affiliate
links. However, forwarding or redirecting to an affiliate link from
within a domain name which the author owns is acceptable. That way,
articles submitted would contain a link to the domain name the author
owns, not a direct affiliate link.
Publishers

Part A
If
you wish to
publish any article from our directory, you must agree
to:
1. Respect the
author's copyrights by publishing the entire article
exactly as it is with no changes.
2. include the
COMPLETE Resource Box or signature line at the end of
the article with all links ACTIVE and no changes in syntax.
3. include the
following credit to the article source at the bottom of
each article reprinted with the active link as shown below:

You
must also
agree to never:
1. change the
article title or article content in any way.
2. reprint, or
distribute, any article from this site using or through
any unsolicited email, spamming, or pop up ads.
3. sell any
article or charge others to view any article you reprint

4. include NoFollow attributes in any links (the
rel=nofollow tag in your href statements).
5. create
derivative works of any of our content whatsoever. This
includes use of any content from our site in audio or video derivatives.
6. alter any
content from our site or translate any such content into

7. reprint any
images found on our site.
8. use article
crawlers, site scrapers, rogue bots or
any automated software, script, or method in an attempt to mine the

9. reprint any of

publication that also conducts, promotes or supports any illegal,
unethical, or unlawful activities. This includes, but is not limited
to, websites and other sources containing: warez, instructions on how
to steal, illegal downloads or other illegal files, or expressions that
promote racism, hatred, bigotry, obscenity, pornography or the
exploitation of children (or any human being), or animals or any other
illegal activities.
10. add any
additional active links, that are not original to the
author's work, to any reprinted article from our site. There is no
possible way that an author can endorse unethicallly added links when
the author does not even know that these extra links were added.
As long as you
agree to all the terms listed above in
Part A - # 1 through 3 and Part B - # 1 through 10, no additional
permission is required from the author of any article
within our directory.
If you wish to
contact the author to provide notice of your intent to reprint the
author's work, you should use the links in the author's resource
box and use the contact information provided on the author's website.
It is not
necessary to include any ads that may appear on our site when
you reprint any article from our site.
While
ArticlePowerplant.com does have permission for publishing the
articles found within our site, we do not generally own the copyrights
to them. The author's work still belongs to the author.
Any violation of
any author copyright or any of the Terms Of Service
above, or both when reprinting articles from our site, will hold the
violator liable for all attorney fees and statutory damages awarded
upon a copyright infringement lawsuit.
