By: Robert Thomson

Making a proxy site involves quite a few steps but can be realized without exerting much effort and can be very helpful. But before you can make your own proxy site (without coughing up cash), you got to have the prerequisites.
First, you must have an ad serving account. If you don’t have an account, you can easily sign up. Examples of these ad serving programs are Adsense, valueclickmedia, adbrite, etc. these can enable you to make advertisements.
Then, you must know how to create a blog in blogger. Another prerequisite is that you must be knowledgeable enough in html because you should be capable of putting a proxy URL form in your blog.
When you already have these basics, you can start making a proxy site.
Have a nice keyword or niche for your proxy. You can research for a good keyword. Once you already have your keyword, make a blog in blogger. If the keyword you chose is already in use, you can simply add some numbers. Placing a number at the end of a keyword would not affect Search Engine Optimization that much.
After creating your blog, copy the code given in IP proxy list websites. Paste the code in the html code of your proxy site where you want to place your large proxy form. A proxy URL form will be shown on the page. This form will be the URL form of those who will access your site.
Afterwards, your blog is now done. Then, you can begin putting your advertisements using your serving account to the areas of your page where you think will allow you to earn best. Then, promote your site. As soon as the number of surfers who go to your site grows, you will start earning.
There are a lot of ways where you can promote your site and bring traffic into your page.
You can submit your site to Digg. It is a website for individuals to find and impart content on the Internet by offering stories and links. It is also where users vote and give remarks on presented articles and links.
